Who is the Republican
Women's Federation of Michigan?
We
are a group of like-minded women whose objective is to
keep women together between elections; to keep ourselves informed on
legislative issues, and to provide the incentive to continue activities in our clubs
and the regular organization – NFRW uses the phrase to “keep alive Republican enthusiasm year round.”
We
recruit, educate, train and support republicans at the grassroots level and
share resources and opportunities to effectively promote the values of our
party. Our national federation has a diverse network of republican women with
more than 76,000 members organized in
local clubs across the nation, Puerto Rico and Guam.
Our
state federation has more than 1050 members in 30 local clubs in the lower
peninsula. In 2011 a new group in the
upper peninsula may be organized with a regional meeting for those traveling the
distance from east to west.
